Terms of Service
Short version: this is a free fan project, play fair, and don't bet anything important on a hobby server. By playing you accept these terms. We're reachable on Discord.
What this is
An unofficial, non-commercial simulator made by fans on their spare time. It's not affiliated with or approved by Bandai, Bandai Namco, Shueisha, Toei Animation or Eiichiro Oda. ONE PIECE and the ONE PIECE CARD GAME belong to their owners; card images load from the publisher's own servers and we don't sell or redistribute them. Rights holder who wants something removed? Tell us on Discord — we'll act on it.
Your account
Optional — everything is playable as a guest. If you make one: be at least 13, keep your password to yourself, and know you can delete it any time (how).
Play fair
No cheating, bug abuse, bots or attacks on the service. Display names and deck names are the only text you can write — keep them decent, don't impersonate anyone. Emotes are for fun, not harassment. We can rename, suspend or delete accounts that break this, and void games won by breaking it.
The hobby-project clause
The service comes as-is: it can break, lose data, change or shut down for good, any day, without notice or compensation. It's free — you use it at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages arising from it.
